Sofia Di Marco began her academic journey at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Commerce before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from York University. She went on to obtain her Real Estate License and Property Management Certificate and is currently completing her Master of Teaching at the University of Toronto.

With over five years of combined experience in business and real estate, Sofia’s career began in accounting and evolved into a distinguished role as a licensed real estate agent. Having always been passionate about real estate, she sought to expand her expertise through property management — allowing both fields to work hand in hand to offer clients a seamless and elevated experience.

As Co-Founder of Estelle Property Group, Sofia leads with precision, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She integrates her educational background with her real estate expertise to provide a management experience defined by organization, transparency, and exceptional client care. Vanessa Furfaro began her academic journey studying Business and Society at York University, where she is completing her Bachelor’s degree. She also obtained her Property Management Certificate, which deepened her understanding of real estate operations and client relations. After graduating, she plans to write the LSAT and pursue law school to become a real estate lawyer.
With over four years of experience in customer service and sales, Vanessa has built strong communication, organization, and client-care skills. She began her career as a sales representative and receptionist, generating consistent results for both a construction company and a management firm. These roles gave her practical insight into client expectations and the operational side of property services.

As Co-Founder of Estelle Property Group, Vanessa brings a relationship-focused and detail-oriented approach to property management. She is passionate about strong communication, smooth guest experiences, and maintaining organized systems across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
Vanessa is committed to continual learning and growth within the real estate field. Her long-term goal of becoming a real estate lawyer reflects her dedication to understanding both the business and legal dimensions of the industry.
